BENDING BRAKE DEPARTMENT
AdLib Metal incorporates various types of press brakes from older 2-axis Di-Acro to the highly sophisticated 9-axis Amada HG1003 ATC with tool changer. These different types of machines and clamping systems allow us to work on a huge variety of parts.
PEM DEPARTMENT
PEMS are self clinching and surface mounted which provide threads to thin sheets of metal.
DEBURRING DEPARTMENT
A combination of Hand tools and high-quality deburring machines allows us to perfect the edge quality as per the customers need while keeping costs to a minimum.
FINISHING / PAINT SHOP
No part is complete without a proper finish. AdLib offers in-house powder painting and we outsource plating and anodizing of your choice.
